1. Acceptance of Terms

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may register only one Account. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual (whether under the same or different identities) is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or bonus funds held therein.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the bet399 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Methods: bet399 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100, unless otherwise specified in a particular promotion or payment method's terms.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes applicable to the selected payment method. E-wallet withdrawals (JazzCash, Easypaisa) are typically processed on the same business day. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three business days depending on the receiving bank.
• Verification: bet399 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. This may include a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Matching Method: Withdrawals must ordinarily be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the limits of that method.
• No Third-Party Payments: Deposits from and withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. All funds must come from and return to accounts registered in your own name.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, bet399 may offer bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, and other incentives to registered Users. The following general terms apply to all such offers unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• All bets are final once confirmed. bet399 does not accept requests to cancel or modify confirmed bets except where expressly permitted under the applicable market rules.
• Bets placed on clearly erroneous odds — whether due to human error, technical fault, or data feed failure — may be voided at bet399's sole discretion.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event or casino game, the decision of bet399's compliance team, based on available data and game logs, shall be final and binding.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the bet399 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action:

• Arbitrage betting or exploitation of pricing errors for guaranteed profit.
• Collusion with other players or with any party connected to a sporting event or casino game.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bet399 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which bet399 is licensed to operate. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through bet399's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies designated under bet399's operating licence.
